For what it's worth, I found Ghirardelli chocolate melts nice and tastes good with things added to it.
You might want to keep an eye on the ones with coconut as they age. Sometimes chocolate with coconut will bloom quickly.
Also, Amazon has a lot of these style chocolate molds...

Good choice! I dig their chocolate for sure.
Im not sure what "blooming" is. Is it when the chocolate turns light brown?
Very cool molds! I gotta get me one of those.
On my last batch of shroom chocolates, my coffee grinder stopped working (internal gears are broken I believe), so heres my warning.
WARNING: Do not grind dried coconut chunks in a coffee grinder! Use a mill or buy dry shredded coconut instead.

At one of my jobs we made edibles. I think the process was probably similar.

*Scraping big wadded up ball of jelly beans out the grinder* "This fucking COCONUT is too much, man!"

Moulds-wise I'm gonna pick up this, or similar:
I think chocolates are gonna be the way I consume for a while, really enjoyed it last time.

Very cool molds man! Love those Ancient Egyptians.
I probably dont recommend Jelly Beans in a coffee grinder. Not that it would break it, but it probably wouldnt grind up very well. Might just cut it up with kitchen scissors/knife.

Yes. You can usually see it as a color or texture change. I really hate the way it feels in my mouth.
It can be caused during the tempering process or by not storing it properly. It is caused by a separation of the fats and sugars.

Ah yes, i have noticed this. It happens quite fast with milk chocolate. I really need to get a vacuum sealer for milk chocolate versions.
The latest chocolates Ive been making Ive been using dried rasberries that i pick out of a granola mix i buy. Such a lovely addition. Highly recommended

Good news! I fixed my coffee grinder!
Theres a small plastic spindle part inside the cup where the grinding cup goes into. This plastic spindle part in on the spindle of the motor and it interfaces with the grinding cup. Well, when I was grinding the coconut, this plastic spindle part got pushed down and stuck near the bottom of the inner section of the coffee grinder. So I pulled the plastic spindle part back up and tried it with the grinding cup: it works again!
I'll be making some more chocolates hopefully soon

Congrats. And I hope you feel good for attempting the fix! Too many would just toss and order a cheap Chineseium grinder from Amazon.

Went to the store and checked out the spice section. Lots of spices to choose from. I found some powdered ginger that looked like the best choice. Im gonna add that to the next chocolate I make.
The powdered ginger will be for health reasons. Shroom chocolates still give me mild stomach sickness so I figured if I added powdered ginger, it would help with the nausea. Plus, I like the taste of ginger, especially when its mixed in with other flavors (like in Japanese dishes for example).
People add it to shroom teas, so I figured why not add it to shroom chocolates too
I'll probably add the powdered ginger right after I add the shroom powder, then mix both powders at the same time into the melted chocolate.

Great idea!
I could add it in a similar way as I do gummy bears/gummy candy/dried pineapple.
