Just get some San Pedro I don’t think they’re as potent but they grow up to 20 feet in a couple years plus they’re way more abundant and easy to find

Rearranging my library on psychoactive 'shrooms & found my copy of Texas Mushrooms - A Field Guide by Metzler & Metzler. An excellent field guide with color photos & descriptions of all species, including the hallucinogenic & toxic (beware!). My copy is first edition 1992 & is not for sale or to be copied. But it is listed as used books (both paperback & hard bound on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Texas-Mushrooms-Field-Corrie-Herring/dp/0292751265 used for $64.95. This was published by the U. of Texas. It is an amazing book & would be a 'must have' for anyone planning field work in TX.

So? I just found this excellent book in my collection & wanted to both update its availability & promote it to members who might not be familiar with it.
Is there a time limit on posting updates on availability of useful reference books on this subject?
