Yes.

No.

Three Percenterism is not a group, but a sub-ideology or common belief that falls within the larger antigovernment militia movement. Three Percenters (also known as III%ers or Threepers) claim that only 3% of American colonists fought against the British during the American Revolution, a claim that has never been proven.
Idiomatically speaking, there is a 97% chance that they will not use force of arms.

This guy didn’t strike me as an attacker. He struck me as a methed out predator that strikes when someone’s at a low point. The kind of person that will gang stalk and try to tank your biz if you don’t see his side as being the correct one. His tools already spoke of his nature. All the knives had broken tips. All the watches were missing their hands. All the mechanics gutted, wires everywhere, dismantled everything and not a single set complete, nothing actually rebuilt, nothi bc fixed. All scrap. All the jewelry turned out to be fake. The whole unit was a perplexing head fuck. Like a hoarder that would’ve had his own death in “saw”. There was even a mop bucket filled to the brim with rotten beef and milk ( the jugs and packs having beside it ) cover it gnats and maggots. It was one of the worst things I’ve ever smelled.
Fuck. That. Dude

I don't.
The most legal and politically correct thing I have to contribute to this discussion, at this point, is that I prefer business to business dealings. The kind of ethos in which hapless bystanders are protected but there are some door stoops where you don't defecate.

I didn’t mean you personally. Anyone in general. This guy was too stupid to be wrong.
Your contribution coincides with my current path in business. I found a very reputable thrift store to start holding my entire inventory and selling it for me at 50%. They can sell junk I couldn’t possibly. I sold all my figurines, all my glass, all my kitchen ware, everything. They’re even selling some of my jewelry at retail, and had I scrapped it wouldn’t be getting nearly as much.
There’s a contract agreement and honesty, and quite frankly dealing with them has been very proper thus far, and they’re aiding in my taxes with great advice.
There’s not a whole lot to break in my house for. The stuff I’m selling isn’t worth a robbery, and would take too long to move. Plus with the multiple 75 lb dogs and cameras, it’s not a likely move. Even if they got in, it would be like jumping into a wood chipper once we were done with them.

That stories been making rounds and pretty much across the board it’s “you had a chance to kill him and you didn’t take it?”
I couldn’t in good conscience fight in front of a baby. That’s not a way to think. I couldn’t traumatize someone immediately into this already traumatic world.
Now when she’s older, and understands this world… I could see that situation being drastically different. That guy caught me at my weakest moment, and it truly shows the kind of people that exist.

Luckily I was able to shield and turn around on this. It’s why I’m just going to be a little broker. I was pulling in thousands off marketplace regularly. Between that and eBay, comfortable. Now I’m taking a 50% cut with a two month wait on a check. Hopefully going forward I can find a new addition to this hustle that will bump the profits back up, and keep me and my family even safer.

I still think that american 2nd amendment right should have won the day.
“You can get a lot more of what you want with a kind word and a gun than what you can with a kind word”
Of course there was a baby. What better way to teach babies than by example?

Some people have a mentality, in which you take the perp or soon-to-be chicken dinner out back, out of eyeshot of others.
Some people wear their Sunday best, give a speech in the center of town, and take pics.

I respect that there is presently a legal bias but also have a pet squirrel named after a subway vigilante who kept squirrels.

You can’t be serious.
A baby’s ears are so sensitive. You don’t even turn a stereo up halfway. A gunshot would deafen them indefinitely. They also don’t understand pain and turmoil yet, aside from their own, and they need to learn to cope with that. You kill someone and you think you get to immediately walk away? No that’s the next 48-72 hours of your life in the hands of the law whether you walk or not.
You’ve obviously never actually had to use your gun in a real setting, and just talk like this because you own one.☝️
Also, as ive said countless times, the dude had a truck there watching from a vantage point. Had I pulled a piece out, I would’ve got a bullet in my back.

It's tough to let that sort of thing go, but as was said before: his life is already shit. By shaking off the dirt and walking away you leave him in the mud kicking his feet. You grow in character and principles while he stays in troglo land forever the dipshit.
Also, if he keeps trying to fuck with you, you know where he lives. Just try to disengage though, it isn't worth criminal charges or becoming soul-dead yourself!

I believe in the objective reality of evil, not that we are necessarily empowered to take the law into our own hands.
There is a presumptive monopoly on the use of force, in which the winner is always judged the primary aggressor, and people who believe this are soul-dead, in my view.

Sorry.
I figured, but just in case….
You have no idea how many people have said “I would’ve put one in him” with complete seriousness. Ohio is a weird beast. The kinda people that would jump someone for a tote of tools live here.
THT is a real voice of reason. One that’s lightly getting through to me. That dudes life is shit. The cops already have a hard on for him do to child abuse. He lives in a muck Pit on meth taking about race cars with broken tools. Getting him arrested hasn’t become a priority anymore. Dumping birdseed in his lawn would cost too much….
I’m still making the “I love sucking dick” biz cards though. He called me a faggot, and also told me to call him anytime. I’ll just say I thought that’s what he wanted

Citizens of Quebec, Canada, are being told they can’t share footage of thieves stealing packages from their homes, with police claiming that doing so could violate the privacy of the criminals.
In my region of the US, trees where homeless people park under and tall bushes where crimes have been committed get removed, because they give privacy to undesirables.
There is no reason to ruin to the person's reputation, afaic.

They’re super cheap to make. Staples has good deals, and I think you even get your first 500 free. I’m gonna tell everyone I see that dude sets up babies with screw drivers for screwdrivers.
Just simply
“I like suckin dick”
-his name
Phone number on back or in bottom corner.
