Psilocybe ovoideocystidiata * 1

Hi all, and greeting from the antipodes. My first post! Gawd.. it's taken a while.

Am wondering whether any of this fine forum have had any experiences with this species of Psilocybe. It's recently appeared for sale on one of the supplier sites in Oz. I was unaware of it until now. There seems to be little information available about it... nothing on Erowid, but there is a Wiki page, as well as info within this website.

Any comments on cultivation and use gratefully received.

Many thanks, season's blessings and stay safe, as always, in everything you do.

Cheers, Voakanga.

It’s a temperate woodlover, would occur is similar habitats as subs like chip beds in landscaping and parks, fruits more in the spring than the fall. They’re more closely related to cubes than it is to most of the other woodlovers. Real strong. Their habitat in the wild sounds more like floodplain, where big rivers move around a lot of sand and woody debris. Easy to grow outdoors.
