Psathyrealla gracilis or something very similar. Not a pananaeolus species.

The most distinctive feature of Panaeolus is their mottled gills, a feature which usually is prominent until they are fully developed. Also most Panaeolus species bar one leave jet black spore prints, while Psathyrella often have a brownish or purplish tinge to them. The common name of the genus Psathyrella ia "brittlestems", which is a description of the stem texture in a lot of the species. Their caps too are often fragile.
