Not directly, but indirectly.
Mushrooms can help you to understand yourself better, so facing fears rather than them being uncontrollable impulses can become easier.
You can try relaxing teas like a combination of chamomile and lemon balm. These are surprisingly potent and can reduce anxiety significantly. Might be a good primer before going into situations where you are usually anxious.

Think of anxiety as unresolved issues If you don't deal with an emotion It will surface later Obviously something triggers you You can do things beforehand to prepare I imagine knowing your going and the potential of the anxiety creates more anxiety Try breathwork before going

I’d just change the word “emotion” to “thought”. And the words “don’t deal” with “identify”.
If you identify with a thought it will keep appearing. And that thought will arouse a feeling in our body which we call an emotion. Your thoughts aren’t you, but you have thoughts. They come and go, and you allow certain thoughts to have more influence over you than others.
Lemon balm and chamomile are good. I’m a bit of a fan but generally only drink them before bed. They’re such a good wind down at the end of the day. I find that after a few days on chamomile I need a few days off for a tolerance break.
