Little help with clamp connections on agar

Hey everyone 1st time on Shroomery I have germinated spores on agar plates. transferred some colonies away from contams. I now have some 6-8 clean & healthy looking cultures developing. My issue is not knowing if they are Monokaryon or Dikaryon. I cannot attempt fruit these indoors. The goal is to colonize a known healthy Dikaryon mycelium strain indoors them make an outdoor bed.
So I'm planning on taking my cultures and attempting to cross them ( get them to mate ) my understanding is once they approach on another either they will develop a clear line of division between them or " clamp" together...
My issue is in researching and looking at photos some mated colonies are obvious & some aren't so obvious as to whether mating occurred.
I'm also a bit unclear on which types mate & which types could potentially mate ? if Two - Negative Monokaryon colonies would join together ( or vise versa Two + Positive cultures ) Logic tells me a Positive Monokaryon needs to meet with a Negative Monokaryon for mating to occur. What happens when two Dikaryon Meet ?
Now in hindsight I would have kept track of the small colonies & which were the most likely to be Mono when I first started transferring. I may just have to start all over but since I have some healthy cultures I should be able to make some Dikaryon Mycelium.
I will post pictures as things progress. Only the last picture has multiple colonies on the one piece of transferred agar.
Thanks for any help !

You don't need to worry about any of this, all of your plates are dikaryotic before the mycelium is visible to the naked eye. All of them are capable of fruiting. No need to worry about compatibility, mating types, monokaryons, etc.
Also, dikaryons don't do anything with each other, other than avoid each other.

They are 100% mated if you didn't go out of your way to make monokaryons.
Look here it has some pictures of monokaryons touching if and some steps for making them if that's your goal.
What exactly are you trying to grow?

Well that is music to my ears. Thank you I should have showed these in the first post. This is what the colonies looked like before the initial transfers I was worried I moved them too quick.

They are Psilocybe Cyanescens.
I grew this bed in 2010, took a bunch of prints from them to tin foil. They have been in my fridge for 13 yrs ( zip lock inside a zip lock ) I decided to see if they are still viable. I made 2 syringes , one each from two different prints, one is fairly contaminated & one is very clean and germinates on agar in 3-4 days. I'm blown away how well they lasted.
