What is this mystery mushy?

I apologize if this isn't the right forum, but I don't know where else to go for identification. The story goes:
This is not a wild mushroom. I was given random bag that was already inoculated by a friend of an acquaintance, and possibly even more removed than that. It was already mostly colonized, so I simply added it to fruiting conditions and whatever grew out of it, I have no idea. It appeared to be grown on grain spawn but I can't even be sure of the substrate, as it was already 90% colonized when I got it, but it appeared to be either manure/coir.
I didn't take any pictures during the process, but while browsing the Miracle Farms site, there was an image gallery, and immediately upon seeing this picture, I knew it was the same strain.
The fruits were quite large with thick, very dense stems. The largest fruits got up to easily 50cm in length, although hard to say exactly because they would often curl when they got so large.
The largest caps may have grown to 12-15cm in diameter when they opened, which was not often. The caps in general were, however, incredibly distinct in that they cracked when fully matured, usually before fully opening, as previously mentioned. And they never dropped any visible spores.
I don't recall mine being quite as albino as those in the picture below, but definitely similarly light in color. I'm almost positive they bruised blue, sometimes quite intensely, but I can't say for certain as this was now several months ago.
Apologies if this is not the right forum, I just didn't know where else to go with this. Please don't skewer me. If this isn't it, please point me in the right direction

I’m a bit confused by your measurements, 50cm is freakin huuuge! Those 2 measurements together when compared to your photo don’t make sense at all, got a ruler or tape measure handy? And the cracking could be from being dry, are they actives? Do they bruise blue, are they dropping spores? If so what colour? What colour are the gills?

Those measurements are accurate-- they were monsters. The largest fruit had a 20+ inch stem and 5+ inch cap. It weighed easily 200g. In fact, many of the fruits dried in the 15-20g range. I can't measure their dimensions now as they've all since been dehydrated several months ago.
They looked just like the ones in the picture that I attached above. They were well hydrated, so they they didn't crack due to moisture as far as I could tell and they would continue growing as the caps would crack (also as seen in the picture). As mentioned in my previous post, they bruised blue and did not drop any visible spores. The gills were a cream color when the caps fully opened, but they never turned very dark, as they didn't appear to be dropping spores.

If you're seeing blue bruising, then they must just be some seriously fucked-up cubensis

Nobody can help you identify your mushrooms without pics of your actual mushrooms.
The ones you have posted are Psilocybe cubensis

They almost certainly are cubensis, but can you tell what strain from those pictures? I know that people say "a cube is a cube" and "strains are just marketing", but strains do have intensely variable qualities and characteristics, some quite obviously visible just to the naked eye, so if anyone has any knowledge of what strain that is in the original picture, I would really love to know.
I have taken photos of the dried fruits for you to see, but like I said, this was several months ago, so I apologize for not being able to be more specific than this:
Here you can see the crackly cap once it's been dried.

And in this one, you can see somewhat of the size and bruising, plus the variability in the color of the gills.

Right on. And thanks! They're actually experientially, some of the best/most balanced I've ever had and that's why I'd love to know what they are.
