Well I am quite pleased with my first run of P. Subtropicalis. I got 30G and 31g dry from each of the first 2 shoeboxes, not counting the caps I have printing. Put down a bunch of the Bell shaped caps to try for prints. Harvested the bell shaped tub. Filled 5 trays in the dehydrator also.

Substrate was plain coir(may have a little verm) mixed slightly under field capacity. Then cased with Peat/verm/lime casing a couple days after full colonization

Love those MDKs NFG. (and all of those exotic beauties and giant dicks!)
Made some tea with a blobby first flush from a weird cross tub, 80g fresh into about 6 silicone ice cube slots. Lots of agar work. Some jars. Need some time to try the new ice cubes .

Got some work done!
Five more half gallon jars of ALT 7. Nine total. A couple will go straight to bulk but most of this is to feed my hungry friends sometime after the new year.

Most of those jars come from this MS culture. Four weeks old on rye berries.

F3, thought the pale-gilled fruit might be sterile, happy that it wasn't. Interesting how the next grows turned out.
