Socca, a bread made from chickpea flour * 2

A cup of chickpea flour
A cup of water
tsp of italian seasoning
an ounce and half of olive oil
Edit,A teaspoon of salt

Mix and let sit for a half an hour or so

Heat an oven safe pan and add an ounce and half of olive oil to the pan pour the batter  in and let it cook some and then put it in a hot oven for 10 to 20 minutes then put some topping on and heat, and put it back in the oven for a while

this had garlic browned in olive oil(looks white because it's still cold from the freezer and the olive oil sticking to them make it white), spinach, slices of parmesian and pepperoni.

it would have been better looking if the parm was grated but I was hungry.

That's a funny lookin' pizza! :tongue2:

How's the texture on that chicpea Socca compare to traditional pizza crust?  Crackery?  Chewy?  Can you pick up a slice and it'll hold without bending or falling apart?

This one was a little crispy on the surface of the bread, slices hold together, inside is soft and towards the surface a little chewy. If you don't let the batter sit long enough though it will not hold together well.

The fry bread looks easy to make and quick. Going to give that a try.
