2 1/2 HOURS SHOULD BE LONG ENOUGH FOR YOUR JARS TO COOL BUT NOW YOU MIGHT WANT TO WARM THEM UP A BIT
WITH ALL THIS YELLING GOING ON, YOU WOULD THINK MR HAWKE WOULD ANSWER THE QUESTION!

I already answered these questions in another thread. Why not just pull up that one instead of starting a new one? Saturday afternoon, today is thursday. That is only 5 days. At 70F temps that could stall them and take longer to germinate. Also 2 1/2 hours after pulling them out of a pressure canner is not long enough for them to cool. The substrate in the middle is a good 10-15F warmer then the outside glass at this stage.
This is the #1 mistake by newbies, and some others. Everyone is always to impatient and inoculate their jars to soon after cooking the substrate. Anyway, the thailand and cambodian strains love heat. Try and raise the temps up some to get them started germinating. Then if you need to you can lower the temps back down for incubation.
Hopefully you didn't kill all the spores from the high temps within the jars to begin with and all will work out.
