Take onion, caramelize to the point of singed. Take all those little fatty chunks of meat and bone that you've saved in the freezer from your regular dinners, put them in the pot with the onion. Take potatoes, put them in the pot. Take peppers, slice, put in pot. Take whatever other crap is in the back of our fridge and no longer looks delicious enough to eat on its own, put it in the pot. Find yourself a can of chili peppers in adobo, put it in the pot.

Boil for several hours. Add some freshly ground black pepper about half an hour before you're done.

Just a good quality garden vegetable or minestrone.

I have so much decent soup in my pantry and I never touch it. Bonkers, just bonkers.

Broccoli soup โ€“ a tasty choice that not only satisfies my taste buds but, I believe, contributes to maintaining a good weight and enhancing my overall appearance. Recently, I delved into the concept of a holistic approach to life, and this informative article https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-body/news/betterme-review-this-holistic-wellness-approach-can-change-your-life/ on the BetterMe review caught my attention. The holistic wellness approach outlined in the article resonates with my belief in addressing various aspects of life for overall well-being. It's not just about individual components like diet or exercise; it's about embracing a lifestyle that nurtures both the body and mind.
