You should contact the police. You don't want to be an accessory. I would. Or you can go to jail and get charged in court.
On the other hand not having evidence sucks so the person planning to do the murder could have bought their plans and then just do it later when they think they won't get caught because they're not being investigated.
Go to the police and ask them to set up a sting I guess

You can report anonymously. It’s not something you want to have been privy to. But if you’re the only one who knows you know. Then no one else needs to know that you know.
That’s a really weird sentence but I stand by it. Just take care of it. As long as the person who’s poisoning people doesn’t know that you told on them. You won’t have any risk of being poisoned.

And I don't believe any of us are legally qualified to give Sound Advice unless any of us are attorneys and I'm not so perhaps you should call an attorney.
But to the best of my knowledge I do believe you're an accessory unless you advise the person that there's a threat to their life.
If later it turns out that the person was making up the threats and the government won't pursue it in court that is another story. But get legal advice and remove yourself as a liability and if the legal advice is to contact the authorities then contact the authorities but make sure that user Amendment rights and keep your mouth shut and don't make yourself liable for something you didn't do and only give them the information you need to give based on what the attorney advises you.
Better to be smart than sorry. It's obviously not your fault someone wants to poison someone else it's not your responsibility to stop that person from poisoning someone else that's up to the authorities but it is up to you to not being accessory and contact whoever you need to contact via the police or your attorney or both your attorney and then the police and advise them that there's a threat to someone's life.

Now what you’re describing is why number 2 plan is dumb. I would never 2s plan.
My plan is looking real attractive right now. You don’t have to defend yourself in court at all. You don’t have to worry about being disowned by your family at all! You don’t feel guilty having anonymously relieved the guilt. You’re not gonna be poisoned because nobody knows it was you who told.
Honestly, this isn’t your responsibility anymore. You can be the good guy who didn’t get killed or in trouble or disowned.
Anonymously report this. Be done with this. Thank me later in 20 years when you’re fine and none of those bad things you just said happened.

Yes better than he does this anonymously so he doesn't get in any legal trouble. I wouldn't want to have a bad "plan." I only thought he should "plan" his way out of not being an accessory to a murder. But since that is sort of not a good plan then yeah best to do this anon.
That is real talk

Honestly, number three. In most cases, your advice is completely correct. This is one of the rare cases where the justice system really won’t be able to protect you enough to make it worth putting yourself out there. I was not at all criticizing you.

Anonymous #1 said: I guess its good to make the best of this. I have no lawyer so if they want to turn it around as usual all of my belongings get siezed or I get caged theyll have something to laugh about. You would think the reason people watch police beat people up for stupid shit and dont interfere is because they get the bad guys too and be civil and all. I got a business card for a robbery once with a pot leaf. "Give us a call if you smell anything funny". I think its the other way around and you cant interfere with crimes committed against the common too easily without some severe punishment.
What do people do in these situations. You put up with something fucked up, then put up with more shit ...
I deleted that story its too sad for a shroom website. Will try another method of hiding from evil people before they kill me.
If the police beating you is what you want out of the situation you may just encounter that behavior if it is what you seek. They might just beat you very severely. Cops don't like it when someone is murdered and they have to blame somebody. Without legal protection you might just be the easy person to blame. And on the way into a rescue with the warrant they might just decide to administer a little beating for a few minutes cuz this is what police do.
The world of society reminds me a lot of the World of Nature. It can be quite cruel. But it is what it is nonetheless.

Cops are the only legally, financed gang that can operate in the United States. They are also the only gun toting gang permitted to carry weapons openly. That is my opinion. They serve the purpose of fighting violence with more violence. Fighting fire with fire doesn’t sound like a great idea. Because it isn’t. Actual footage. Enjoy…
You are making mistake by going to the police. You should do it anonymously. They will try to force you up on to the stand in court. They will not give a fuck when you get poisoned.

3 things can happen
Nothing: nobody finds out
You tell: gou get in some trouble. Depends on the judge but I would do house arrest.
You tell anonymously, nothing happens to you most likely.
The only other way this goes is if someone assumes you gave the tip. Which means there would be a chance of retribution.
Just call right now with *67 Tell them what you told us. When they ask who it is say anon. Hang up. Done.

You're saying cops don't care about your constitutional rights and will simply blow you away just because they can and end your life with no real justification aside from framing you with evidence that leads to probable cause and Reasonable Doubt and after they blow you away nothing will happen to them?
You know I never would have thought about that

I don’t recall saying that. But I do recall saying that police don’t care if you get poisoned. They just want somebody on the stand. I also do think they would charge him with something. Even if they didn’t do anything wrong.
I don’t trust cops. It’s possible, they would do those things. But I don’t think they would do it in this case.

It is. But I feel that the most important person to protect is myself. I don’t want to put myself in danger because my friend got killed. I’m sure my friend wouldn’t want me to be put in danger because they got killed either.

I think Im going to turn myself in as a crime victim and let the police beat me up, silence this, and change the story to make sure i did something else so they all fry in hell. I cannot afford legal fees because they sabotage me too bad and steal from me to pay their fees. Everything with my dads a con. And he loves the money hes got too and will try everythibg in his possibility to steal every time he can get away with it.

1 - the other guy may come after you eventually anyways if he decides it's too risky for you to know In other words, you're in danger even if you do nothing
2 - you are already an accessory after the fact and if we're talking about murder, that carries a pretty hefty jail term
3 - fuck being embarrassed. Why the hell would that be a concern? Someone murdered a family member of yours and you're just gonna let that go? WTF?
4 - talk to an attorney and let them be the ones that talk to the police. You're attorney knows what to say and people in your position will have "anything you say held against you in the court of law" so it's best if you're there with the attorney but silent
I know it's an uncomfortable situation but for your own sake, if not for the sake of his next possible victim, do the right thing

And theyll probably deny it and get you thrown in prison in revenge somehow, making all of your belongings get siezed and live with the embarassment of being related to a murderer. What should this person do? What would guarantee this persons safety.
Tell your friend or family to maybe just stop poisoning people and that you don't know anything about it anyway. Then move away and maybe grow a mustache.
