What's your experience level? Are you just looking to buy ready to fruit blocks or are you doing this on your own?

I'm a beginner. Ready to fruit blocks. No real clue what I'm doing in making the blocks. I've seen a few videos, but that's it

You want suggestions about what else to grow, or suggestions to improve your grow on your current blue oyster grow?

Blue oyster is not the most difficult of species to grow successful. First make some progress with the Oyster grow before you switch to something else I'd say.

Regarding suggestions to improve your current grow: how are you with your reading on growing? How is your temp, air exchange, light? Did you use a grow kit? What is your substrate? Do you use a container, or bag, or something else? Etc.

Pioppino would be a good one to grow. With pioppino you can just wait until you see little pins forming on top of the block and then cut about 3 inch corners off the top of the bag. Then just leave it on the counter top and watch it grow

Are you in the US? If so what state?

It was a blue oyster grow block bought online that really hasn't produced much. It keeps starting and stalling. My moisture seems fine. It is in a big plastic tub and I air it out a few times a day and mist it a few times a day also

Get it out of the tub. Oysters can't be in a tub. They need a lot of fresh air

So, you bought a block, that you put inside a tub? Because you wanted to maintain humidity or something probably. Oyster needs a lot of air exchange. Like Stromrider says. So if you want to give enough air, let them our from your container 4-8 times an hour. Or get rid of the tub.

You can fruit oysters in open air, just be sure to mist to prevent the mushrooms from drying out too fast .
