is there a way to open my user created subforum to logged out users?

I'd like the public be able to see my forum if thats possible

For most of the normies out there, an operating system is just a bootloader for Google Chrome.

Since Disney has obtained tremendous value from the public domain, knows how important the public domain is, and is firmly determined to never contribute anything to it.

Currently that's not possible. The reasoning is that user-created forums aren't really monitored by staff unless we get a notification, so we can't ensure they're "guest friendly". But I can look into making this optional, so that uncontroversial forums such as yours could get greater visibility.

Cool thanks

Is there currently any post count or age requirements? Or can any user see it?

No requirements like that, any registered member can view user-created forums.
