I don't know much about rehabs and in house things really. I imagine that there's a program somewhere to fit you if you feel this is a need though. Don't give up. Persistance is key. My lady was stuck on pain meds a long time, both from a doctor and street bought. Luckily before fentanol became a thing that was public she sought some help and discovered methadone clinics were effective, affordable(hers was a free program) and actually can treat a large range of substances via other folks in passing. She weeded down to their lowest dose before having her dentures done and they wouldn't supplement or cross mix mess. Then she went back up in dosage and has used less than 100mg a day as pain treatment for two different cancers now in conjunction with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. She's always had an issue with alcohol ot dosnt supplements t at all for, but would me when I've resisted and tried surplus meds she had. Not my thing
Cubes I find wild, help with my own other medical issues and alcohol problems. I like to socially drink, same as If I had friends who'd like shrooms, but I don't and they substitute me just fine in moderate dosage. I don't act stupid or hurt anyone like I do when I drink, aside from trespassing on some farmers property respectfully and promptly before I move on. Microdosing is some sober soccor mom shit. Start out with a gram of probably weak wild cubes 3 hours before you'd normally have a drink in the evening and chill. Increase dosage and repeat as nessacary imo. 3g a day between 2-3 doses isn't ridiculous even. Becomes like smoking weed after two weeks to most folks but would make considerable difference to you possibly. Then again I find methadone too heavy in light doses, smoke weed like a chimney and break out in hives everyday also itching from my immune system attacking itself. Drinkings a horrible way to deal with shit, and I hope you find something that helps you but is less destructive at the least.

Besides online resources, that could be at any time, there are people who will talk to you about it, over the phone, whenever you want.

Outpatient If you're not court ordered you can discuss what you're able to commit to with a counselor

Thats a great question. I would just try find a local one and be upfront about your limited availability due to a busy work schedule. Im pretty sure most are volunteered-based, meaning you go when you can

Use google; search for "open AA meeting near me".
You will very likely get a list of places with different times of days and different days of the week. If you live in a larger metro area the list will probably be pretty huge.
Pick out some meetings and go talk to some people. You may have to go to a few meetings before you find the right people or person to talk with, however it's almost a guarantee that you will find someone willing to help you quit drinking if you're serious about quitting and are willing to put in a little effort.
Good luck man, you can do it!!!

In regards to AA, there are listing for regular zoom meetings if youll hit google and look for them. I've done in person meetings and those zoom ones during the pandemic. They are pretty religion focused at times so I can see where they wouldn't fit a lot of people. I personally don't like them, religion being part of it (not atheist, but agnostic myself, and they consider your higher power being just like you, which is crap by definition imo) but I don't intend to discourage you from trying them at all, I've met quite a few ppl which would go to ends of the earth to help someone so long as they are trying to help themselves.some of them I'm still friends with to this day and have had reemerging problems themselves later I could also support them through. Nowadays I can take it or leave it and neither really impacts me, but it took a good while of refraining to build those skills. Just like someone not wanting to trip in the wrong setting, you will learn yourself through trials if you keep your head in the right spot. Main thing is just to cut back. Don't have to quit all at once even, but every time you don't let yourself get stupid,or damage what you got going on, helps. Staying committed to no drinks in the beginning is crap, just drink less, and then less still once you get any handle on the poision. Things WILL improve if you keep at it
