out and about in SF and the south Bay today. Lots of small fruits out there- so many pins! Hope they can make it with this dry spell upon us.

Went out today to a regular spot. Found a couple dozen fruitsa and left lots and lots of pins. Unfortunately, another woman was foraging and when I saw she was going over the area I just scoured I said leave those pins! Theyll grow big. I was being friendly, but she was such an asshole to me. Led with" It's always a man that tells me what to do" I was being friendly. People are so teritoral. So much for community.

Took a stroll around the South Bay today. Found the largest patch of (pretty dried up) allenies I’ve ever found! I’d guess a half pound dry when all is said and done. Huzzah!

Decent amount of new flushes out there. Nothing crazy- seems the season has peaked…… still got a few weeks for sure but I see it winding down.

Cleaned up the rest of my patches. Getting pretty slim out there. No new pins and only a few babies here and there. Been one heck of a season though.
