What are these pretty red capped mushrooms

Habitat:
a steep trail down a creek bank in a yard with some woodchip in it. Willamette valley

Gills:
Dark.


Cap:
Red

Spore print color:
Spore deposits on the caps looks dark, purplish

But these give my yard the asthetic I am shooting for😉, carmel capped living drugs just don’t give the landscape that visual pop until you ingest them.

Leave them be. There might be other kinds of mycelium intertwining.
They share habitat preferences with both magic and death.

And yes, they are quite pretty too.

Pretty sure there is ovoid in with them, but it’s not ideal habitat for them to fruit, but it’s one of the spots I build like a little dam of colonized wood chips that blows out when it floods and washes live myc down river. Allenii and cyanescens is just up stream a couple meters.

Yeh was gonna mention they are great indicator for cyans, they love same condition often find cyans after spotting these.
