Well it's also not everything else.  But not quite not everything else.

Both the collective and individual consciousness.  Grandparents.  Mentors.  Friends.  Etc.

Our minds are vast.  More neural connections in our heads then stars in the known universe.

There's room for more than just tree frog in here.

And yeah, I think snake is one of my totems.  The yin to tree frogs yang.  Snakes eat frogs.

And both are symbols of transformation.

What is it? Could you describe it? If it can be described.

I am a newbie psilocybin user with only and handful of mild to moderate trips under my belt, my very first time being this past March.  I haven't delved into higher doses.  My experiences have been mostly pleasant with moments of incredulous laughter.

So, I'm not sure if this is an entity, but I'd like to share.  During my last two trips I've seen a "being" a handful of times.  It appears to be in maybe a cross-like "t" shape and it is made entirely out of eyeballs.  I can't be more descriptive than that because my encounters last only about 0.5 to 1.0 seconds, during which the being will pop into my vision (usually during calm, visually appealing parts of my trip) and disappear just as quickly.  These glimpses are accompanied by an audible vocal sound, exactly like the sound of a death metal vocalist growling words in quick,  successive bursts.

I can't say that I have any reason to believe that this is something trying to communicate with me at all.  Every time I've seen this creature it has made me laugh uncontrollably for a minute or so.  After maybe 30 minutes or so and when I least expect it, it pops back up for its brief visit and I lose my shit all over again.

I hope to see it again for a longer time frame so I can better describe it.  Because of the eyeballs, a friend asked if it looked like the depictions of biblically accurate angels artists have created.  Although because of my description I understand why someone may make that connection, I can say the being doesn't appear very similar as the angels are usually shown as being covered in eyes while whatever I'm seeing is something completely made of and/or built with nothing but eyeballs.

I hope someone gets something out of this post even just a fraction of the kick I get out of seeing this "entity".

Thanks!

A fleeting one.
One that sticks out while the stoned sense of timing is really altered, and phrases of experience are layered over subsequent ones.

At the peak of my experimenting, I experienced a spirit touching me on 20 or 25 mg of DOM (my natural tolerance is quite high).
Showing my friend a song dedicated to a young teen that killed himself must've been what initiated it.
At first I was thrightened, but then I told myself it was okay and then the force felt positive and warm, and it was like he was trying to tell me he was okay.
I believe that the drug purely did it as I'm very logical-minded, but it's still a special experience to me and showed me what psychedelics are capable of.

i've seen entities every time i've smoked DMT (only been a handful of times) and the one time i took ayahuasca 13 years ago.

none of the ones i've encountered have had bad energy. to me, they've always given a big brother or parent vibe, or something close to that. the most fun one was a big pink guy with a bulbous nose who played with me like i was some sort of kid. he made me laugh. and i'll never forget the first one i saw - a grasshopper headed mother who pulled all this black stuff out of my heart.

my DMT experiences have been really amazing and positive. my aya experience was difficult and frankly terrifying at points. it took years to integrate the experience. there were some really cool parts too. i am ultimately grateful for having been there.

One time just after I landed I was in a wide open space, the ground was shaking, everything was vibrating. In front of me was a massive dual arch that was grey in colour, kinda like McDonalds arches except the middle did not touch the ground but fell back into the distance. This was enormous, like a massive building.
I looked up and I could see huge eyes, one in each arch. One was full of large green spots in white moving around and the other was full of red zig-zags in white that were pulsing. I was astonished to see these massive alien eyes looking at me, the whole arch was an entity. Then the middle of the arch was like an electric zig-zag down and forming a nose and the top lip of a mouth within these arches. It started speaking to me, I could actually hear it, though the words made no sense. It was like an AM radio in a different language and as it spoke the arc that was it's nose and top lip would move and crackle in blue.
From within it's mouth huge white discs started flying out slowly high above me, but in formation 3 across and many deep coming from deep within the fading sky that was this creatures body inside the arches.
I looked at its eye's again and tried to understand what it was saying. It was almost English but I could not understand it. I had flickering images coming over me, I was being transported away into the next scene, but I just couldn't know what the message was. Then I was gone from that place

At the time I was absolutely convinced I had met a god. I had never encountered such an incredibly big entity. It still cooks me a bit to think about it even though this happened a bunch of years ago now.

I lucked out big time once and was able to experientially reconcile with one of my late grandfather's while on a hefty dosage of mushrooms all by my lonesome and bent out of shape in a handful of ways at the time.

Was it really his spirit visiting my from beyond the grave?

Does it even really make a difference to me?

No.

I knew full well, but the saying 'let sleeping dogs lie' takes on new meaning when you're a psychonaut, at the same time, don't let the poor things get run over while napping either, dig?

So, I went with it.

Like an impossibly perfect dream giving the heart:mind what it needs, rather than just what it wants/craves - In my case, in his particular instance - so as to release what was harmful to myself that I'd been clutching onto for near a year at the time wrt his & my relationship while he was still alive.  The clutching, it hurting me, despite that nothing remained to be clutched as he was gone...long gone from my grasp in the usual manner.

Anyways, long story not short - how it played out is for myself alone to know, but it was so wholesome and good it was damn near ungodly!

Might could even say it went down smoother than butter. Simply by me not living as a completely miserable ass hat cunt on the rag forever and ever - things were cleared up, the were always clear, I just wasn't sure if they really were or not, despite whatever it may or may not actually be - nowadays being alive for the time being is a bit of a genetic shortcut of sorts to any of my near and dear fam -  I wouldn't be alive without them, that, plus the whole psychedelic mushroom spirit grandpa experience was almost like something straight out of a coming of age fiction novel - only greater in every way imaginable.  Too bad I can't write for shite, haaa.

real or not, z' ol' brain didn't seem to mind releasing all associated sorrows and regrets over his passing.

just like when dreaming, the efx of a nightmare will play out to some degree in varying intensity to that of non-dreaming life, same thing applies to the opposite of a nightmare.

i tend to tend towards the middle these days in my private life for the most part, jsyk.  so i only share this to emphasize heart:mind, and the deep link between the experience of body:mind:environment, with or without psychedelic substances and or whatever else.

anywho - whatever it was - fyi - not that it matters all too much, but, i think of it a bit like a dream, an illusory creation or fabrication of mind made apparent to the point of it being like a waking dream bleeding over from ordinarily usually happening only in one's sleep or other more somewhat rare cases, right smack into where one is when one's awake & tripping and the world's as if anew again

ie. 'coming to life' + 'coming to one's senses, there's a connection, for me at least.  This trip in particular likely had it coming due primarily to the mushrooms, dosage, myse(lf)t:setting, &, some seeds having taken root from years ago by man, a touch of well directed & determined effort + an open heart and attentive mind all acted together with the dreamtish yet awake experience for the better (today's nearly 10+ yrs since then).

It came from 'me' and in some ways it did leave me.  Not in that everything was just magically suddenly good all of sudden because i'd eaten mushrooms.  That helps sometimes, sure, emphasis on stomtimes.

Moreover, that it was the way I was able to fully and satisfactorily say my goodbyes despite no one else actually being there with me, and doing so in a manner I believed befitting of my grandfather, in turn, the mushroom love spread out of control and left me a little more empty than usual hen the magic-like efx of the heavy illusoriness of it all finally wore off, allowing what felt like an entire new head's worth more room to emerge & for some much needed changes wrt how I was going about my life at the time being rather risky with my lifestyle in general on most fronts

.
despite that, again, i think it was likely primarily luck, timing, dosage/set, and a few other things which by happenstance plating out in a way so that things which were like roadblocks beforehand, became like like passing through mirages of roadblocks, if that makes sense?

Anywho, that all took efx and spun up into such a fulfilling creative play of psychedelic webbing with which to tie up some loose ends with, and,  ending in about as fulfilling perfect a way as is possible, imho.

Outside of dreams and trips, considering how much of the ordinary shared world of things goes on from day to day, and the weight of not knowing how or even if some karmic price was to be paid late and finding out there wasn't is truly priceless.  Plus, I don't nowadays dare say anything close to that of psychedelics being silver bullets or cures for ails, there was much involved and surrounding the aforementioned experience which likely aided me in some ways.  Anyways, despite there being good times, bad times, you know we've all had our share - yada, yada - (respectfully) the experience which capped things off as of a finale ending, is not indicative of most of my experience with psychedelics - although, that's not to say I personally don't find it of value anymore, rather that things change as time goes on and we grow old as the pines grow tall and the clouds idle, before finally cycling all over again anew, albeit a touch different from each time before.

...thank goodness for it.

He's long passed.  Dust to dust, foamy bubbles amidst a bubbling brook and lightning flashes as an old dream comes to an end, and all that jazz - meanwhile, a new one begins daily, if not from moment to moment - thought to thought, grown from what's leftover of the old, and, so long as memory holds, there's a faint glimmering shine almost like gold, aside from being one with everything as he was always already was before dying, I like to think he's gone, gone beyond - beyond, beyond - gone - but not forgotten, not yet anyways! ::oldman:

Becoming a buddha, takes but 1 thought. :buddha3:
Becoming a devil, takes but 1 thought.

I attract succubus [Re: Northerner]
    #28512485 - 10/21/23 12:43 AM (3 months, 6 days ago)

I was meditating.
I was really focusing on my breathing.
A succubus started playing with me.
In the real sense.
It felt like I am trying to be the monk. Taking the vow of silence that I need.

But I think she found my efforts adorable. Because she started playing with me. I couldn’t meditate anymore. I needed to masturbate. I think the spirit really enjoyed that.
☺️

I used to see giant, god-like eyes on walls or the sides of buildings many years ago when I dabbled in large doses of thc.

Your report is super fascinating.  I hope to see something similar one day!

reminds me of several salvia experiences in which I was certain that an auntie or brother was standing by and observing (sometimes critically).

Ha!  IceT's voice would be a lot more soothing than the sound which accompanies my visitor.  Maybe not quite as hilarious, though lol.

I've met several in my travels and none were exactly nice. One tried to tell me that I needed to be selfish because I as a being of flesh would die at some point anyway. I explained that I wasn't interested in that and it was unhappy so it eventually left. The next time it was a group that were "observing" me and I felt like I was on an exam table. My wife was participating in that journey too and had the same experience and even quoted something I heard one say. It said, "That one is it's mate... interesting". The last one asked to play a game of "Find the coin" in which it instructed me to toss a coin into the air which I did. Said coin immediately was lost but I eventually found it before it did so I got a "prize". What it was I'm not entirely sure but now people say they feel a strange presence whenever I'm around and I've seen whatever it is before. Doesn't do much other than watch me and occasionally startle people who stay at our house. My life has been much better financially since then though I haven't done anything differently and I seem to stumble into good fortune. Had I lost that coin toss though I was told that I'd belong to whatever it was that wanted to play said game.

Take it with a continental size grain of salt but for the most part anything I have encountered has been somewhat hostile towards me.
