Abrahamic Tripping - Mozes story

United we stand, divided we fall. Many religious people believe in the existence of a devil. Looking at the etymology of the word devil (from Greek Diabolos – the one who divides) interesting things come to my mind. Practically all our human misery exists due to division. Whether it be division in race, sex, religion, I’d say most suffering can be contributed to the fact we are not equal. Hunger, war, greed, jealousy, any kind of non-physical pain is based in humans not treating each other/ourselves as equals.
Now, on paper, religion (the Abrahamic ones at least – I don’t know about others) seems try to keep us away from division. Love thy neighbor, God is love, God is one and such. At least that’s how I see it on the most basic level. The ten commandments as first revealed in the Thora but also adapted within the Koran and the Bible have as I see it roughly two topics.
1. Love god 2. Love each other
The first part has unfortunately been greatly abused by religious scripts written over the centuries. You’ll find rules and commandments completely contradicting unneighborly love in both the new and old testament, the Koran and especially the Hadith. In the name of loving God. Now let me try to get to my point. I am not a religious man myself, at least not by the standards required according to most. I have however experienced ego death. And I must say that I’m not exaggerating when I say I feel I met God. And God as I felt it is just a complete absence of any division, in anything. God is everything and anything. This fits perfect with the commandments as they where first revealed. And even with the old Greek mythology. Afterall if everything is God and God is love we love God already by just loving each other.
My guess is, Mozes was a real guy, and the story of him coming down the mountain did actually happen. But next to coming down from a mountain he was also coming down from a massive trip. I think all Abrahamic religions are just based on a guy who experienced ego death due to some reason, whether it be malnutrition or something else. I mean, I can imagine an experience like ego death, especially when unprompted, can turn in to a religion if some guy is convincing enough.
Anyone on here who is religious and experienced with ego death? And were Mohammed and Jesus also just tripping balls?

Maybe, another order of life, that brought us high technology and civilization, is going to be more complicated than your general message of peace.
And, you blacked out, in a state of overload.

I mean ego death.
Part of the experience is facing what is so severely shocking to your psyche that you would die for a minute.

Unfamiliar words are forcefed to me, like square peg in a round hole. I have to look things up.
I am shown concepts that make me feel unprepared for an advanced class. It tires me out. I never had this problem in school. These aren't repressed feelings.
