What seems to be halogen porch lights on all night…
UO Having porch lights on all night. Is kind of the equivalent of driving with your highbeams on constantly.
I hate that shit. Like what do these people even have that is worth stealing? Some have the sensitivity set so high that they turn on when someone drives past in the street. So bright the the street looks like a ducking airport or stadium or something. A car lot at night maybe. Those places are LIT UP.

All the lighting these days are these SUPER BRIGHT led lights that have super high lumens. I just went to the hardware shop to get all brand new light bulbs. Everything they had was led. I got a set of 6 bulbs for my bathroom and 2 for my bedroom. 850 lumens per bulb and only 60 watts and Jesus Christ I can see EVERYTHING these god damn lights are soooooooooooooooooooo bright!!! They are also very very white, unlike the yellow lights from a few years ago. The colors in my bathroom look way better with the white lights, the yellow lighting makes everything look like shit.

Who needs paper when you have memory storage capabilities? Invulnerable to espionage
Edit: I think there might be more to it. I've read some electric universe papers that weren't very scientific. Just writing stuff down doesn't make it science.

Also, could noise cancellation be used to protect against destructively loud noises.
In the olden days. It was so understood that their were spies in the castle. That there was literally nothing you could do except set up a room that was completely soundproof. So what they would do is have a Cork tree cut down. They would have inch thick sheets of it installed in between walls… It’s frustrated the hell out of the spies in the castle. Because it acted as flawless soundproofing… Too many kings, too many castles. Now there’s not enough cork to go around.
You could put that foam stuff up. Like they have in a recording booth. That’s the modern equivalent of it. The cheapest way to do that, if you really can’t afford to get that foam. Would be to use the egg cartons. That’s the poor man soundproofing material right there.
When we lived in an apartment our apartment door on the inside was covered in cork, because my stepdad played music loud so he glued it to the door, I dont know if it actually worked or not, but I guess its a thing

A few years ago now, maybe 5 years or more, the store had these rebates or something so I was able to get a $25 lightbulb for like $3, put it in my room, works great and had a 5 year warrenty thats probably past by now but the light is still going strong, the only thing I noticed is that theres about a half a second delay from when you flip the switch to when the light comes on, its noticible compared to a incandescent light bulb that came on right away, but whatever not a big deal

Modern lights are too bright and hurt my eyes. Stores and jobs should use lights with less brightness.

OK. It just took me just now to figure out how to word this properly.
UO I think some people that have an allergy and then purposefully ate the food they were allergic to while they were hanging out with you. Just do that, so they have a reason to complain for the rest of the night.

I have some sort of allergy to garlic and sometimes I will eat it knowing full well it will fuck me up because it is one of my favorite flavors in food

But people that know you are aware of it. Unless you specifically asked for it. It probably wouldn’t be something that would just be hanging out in the house that you would eat. I definitely know what you mean though. If I was lactose intolerant. I would probably be farting constantly, because I love dairy.

One time I purposely didn't tell my friends because I wanted it and knew they wouldn't give it to me if I told them

Unpopular opinion: the genetic history behind lactase persistence into adulthood is really interesting and kind of a textbook example of the power of selective pressure. Eating dairy with impunity is literally white privilege.

Lol. But you didn’t do it just to complain. You did it because you’re genuinely loved the food. So you were just rolling around in bed all night because of it. What was the food if you don’t mind me asking? Full well knowing the pain you went through it must’ve been delicious.

Related to what you said. They actually do speculate that if you give babies peanut paste. They have a way less likely chance of developing any nut allergies in their lives. Accessibility will give you immunity. To an extent at least.

Just garlic dip with pizza. After like 2 dips worth of garlic whether it's sauce or powder just causes intense pain. And a clove of garlic will literally blister my skin....I imagine it does that to my stomach.....still don't care it's worth it. I've always said I'd probably die from garlic cos I won't stop 💀
Edit: I rarely eat it anymore cos it seems to have gotten worse but damn it if I don't get withdrawals

Milk isn't like that. Your body either continues to produce lactase into adulthood or it doesn't. It's a genetic thing derived from a particular migratory population into Europe from the middle East about 40k years ago. In a few thousand years it had spread to almost every person in Europe.

I just felt like eventually people build up a tolerance to it. Europeans used a ton of milk for a lot of stuff. Japan never used any milk for anything. To this day everyone there is very lactose intolerant. They still don’t use it for anything for the most part. A lot of white chocolate is flavored to different things. That’s why they have all these different flavored candies that we just don’t have over here. Like the green tea, Kitcat, for instance. I really wanna try a strawberry Kitcat.
