question for those with cool mist/ultrasonic

my foaf just set up his new fruiting chamber and is gonna keep the cool mist on 24 hours a day. he wants to know about how often he should have the ultrasonic come on...

and the RH of the surrounding area (as in it will be different in arizona VS new york [different outside RHs])
