I trust nothing🤣 Hey, y’all notice the dissolving smoker pellets around these mushrooms. This season I threw a lot of handfuls of smoker pellets in the surface of my patches and a lot of where the heavy fruiting occurred is where those things landed. Not enough data to make a statement about, but enough to lead to more trials.

I remember looking in to a bit years ago, when I came across an example of a group in astoria picking them off the lawn and throwing them in boiling water for at least 10 or 15 mins and all drinking the tea(5 of them if I remember correctly) and only 1 of them got the paralysis , seemed to speak volumes on the topic 👌🏽🕉🎶

I realize a long cold snap of subfreezing temperatures typically ends the season for cold wood lovers but has anyone successful extended their season and got more flushes by insulating their patch somehow or moving a planter full of hardwood chips and mycelium into their garage until the cold snap is over? Apologies if this has been covered already?

Last winter I was moving one of my azzie pots indoors and setting it back outside before headed off to work. It was enough to get a few last big fruits.
I was doing my damndest to get this fat bastard to finish, and it did! Got a THIC print off of it too.
What can I say, I just like everything thic.
