Got 3+ inches of rain yesterday.
Plants held up pretty well considering the amount of rain and wind.
They are really starting to pack on some weight.
It’s a race against the pm and rot right now. So far so good for the remaining plants.

I may have asked before, but what sort of aroma/essence does that freak have going on?

Nice chunky beauties!
Man, I'd be so afraid of letting plants that size that late into flowering getting dumped on with any rain, 3 inches is a good soaking. What strain(s) are they, & how much longer do you think they have left to go?
2 summers ago, right around this time of year IIRC, I had 10 plants outdoors that still had at least another 2 weeks to go and there was a big early season storm on the way, and I was not prepared at all lol...I spent a couple days building trellis/supports and a making a hodge-podge shanty-town of tarps & canopies over my plants lol. It looked so dang ghetto lol but worked, kept the plants totally dry while it dumped down a few inches with some wind over a couple days.

All of mine have at least a couple weeks. If I can push them 2-3 more weeks it would be ideal, but we will see. In the raised bed ther are : 2 star dog. 1 purple kush 1 wedding pie and 1 wedding cake.
The remaining pots are a mix of: Train wreck, Gorilla glue Wedding pie 2 I never labeled some how. I think they are wedding cake.

I had to start taking a couple smaller plants down a couple of days ago that were particularly problematic.
Trichomes Are still mostly clear, but they needed to come down unfortunately.

I think growing in the city is really advantageous when it comes to pests and disease. I rarely have insects or even mites and the city doesn’t get nearly as Dewey at night.
That’s a good point. I have friends that grow in more urban areas that don’t see nearly as many problems

IDK if I member this right, but I thought the distance between lights and driver needed to be short for some reason. Anyone?
Not saying that your distance is too far now or anything, just something that popped in my head and not at all sure on specifics anyway.
But I am curious to hear if you know anything about that. In the future it might turn out to be interesting for me to do something similar.

LED drivers can be placed further from the source but you must consider the voltage drop, 10m is still okay for LED.
You can just increase the cable thickness to reduce the drop.

This is Romulan strain from Next Generation Seeds. Supposedly he has a cutting from the original Romulan strain from the 90s that he uses for making seeds. Who knows if it's true but I'm excited to try it. The description sounds like what I like.
I topped a few days ago and I think I'm going to try mainlining it.

I should get my jewelers loupe in the mail today but I'm glad I already started harvesting because I can visibly see amber trichomes with my naked eye on the buds themselves in some places.

Nice, the drivers were 18 gauge and my extension is 16, added 2ft to each. They definitely still blind me, lol.
