I USED HAWKE SPORES THAI LAI IN RICE/VERM CAKES.
USED A PRESSURE COOKER FOR 1 HOUR
INNOCULATED ON THE TRAY OF THE STOVE ON 250.
SINCE IT WAS MY FIRST TIME I ACCIDENTLY SQUEEZED 10 C.C INTO 7 JARS. I GUESS I WAS TOO EXCITED OR SOMETHING ;-)

DO YOU SEE ANY PROBLEM WITH ONLY INNOCULATING 7 JARS WITH 10 C.C.'S.

No,, not as far as germination goes. They will take an extra 5 days or so maybe to fully colonize.
As long as you waited a good 12 hours or so for your jars to completly cool down to room temperature they will be fine. Just be patient, when you wake up tomorrow morning they will probably start their life cycle :)

The temp inside the jars is much higher than the outside. Too much heat will kill the spores. Don't give up on your jars though because these mushrooms really want to live. My experience shows that too much spore solution really lengthens the time that it takes for your spores to germinate. This can lead to too wet an environment and makes it harder for the spores to get a foothold.

2 hours is not enough. Not out of pressure canner. They may feel cool enough to touch where they dont burn your hands, but that substrate in inside the jars, especially in the core of the substrate, will probably be a good 10F-15F hotter then the outside glass.
Just give them some time, they may have survived your thermal meltown attempt :)
