Thin and wispy growth, is this contamination?
    #28478150 - 09/21/23 09:18 PM (1 year, 3 months ago)

I checked on my tub and it seems like there’s a really thin and wispy “mycelium” growth. This is the first time I’ve seen this type of growth and I’m not sure if it’s contaminated or not. The mushrooms have started to grow, I am not sure if that’s a good thing or not.

I don't really see anything off.
And hey, you got mushrooms!

The picture doesn’t really show the wispy growth too well. I just had never seen the mycelium grow like that before it looked kind of web like and was afraid it has gotten cobweb mold. Would the mushrooms still grow if the tub had gotten contaminated?
