You know I've been around for a while... In fact, I been around the block about 1/3 as many times as Enlil. Yeah, I'm gettin up there.

And one thing I've learned in life, is that you can tell everything you need to know about a man from his politics, to his proclivities, and even his profession... By whether he rolls Alliance, or whether he rolls Horde.

Enlil shoulda gone horde. He could have been great! But he's definitely an elf.

Balls... my booooy.. Definite Thrallite.

You know?

Never played WOW.
But I did play D and D in the early eighties....back when it was considered a Satanic rite. I was a Dugeon Master; I remember throughly enjoying killing all of the characters meantioned above.

DE Necro, Troll Shaman and Human then later Iksar Monk.  OG through planes of power.  Wasted too much of my life in that game.

Ok... Now, all of you..

If you WERE to play WoW, would you go horde, or alliance?

I'm documenting this information.

FOR THE HORDE (Of course)

I think we should all join a pvp server so we can gank eachother.

Aren't there some new MMO military games nowadays, where you can take bases as a team or something? I feel like we need to get a shroomery political sub team going on something!

Whitney is dope. That's my old stomping grounds.  When I was 22 or 23 I burned up my brakes loading up a bed full of snow at North lake and driving up and down mountains with it.  Coming back down from the bristlecone pines across the valley was really hairy but I had to pretend it was no big deal so my gf didn't realize how close we were to hella dying

I learned to drive when i was 12 on the dirt roads out by the graveyard in Bishop.  My dad got so drunk while we were fishing that he decided it would be best if I drove.  He quit drinking shortly after that.  When I mentioned it years later he didn't remember it and said "damn, I musta been really hamm-er-oed".

I have a limited entry deer tag to hunt the area between Bishop and Lonepine . Im going to hunt out of my backpack for 5 days . No cell service , no screen time , just a 50lb pack and a 7 lb rifle .  If I'm successful I'll have to pack out about 70 to 80lbs of meat .

Interesting thread.
I used to play WoW, then started playing again recently.
Started back with WotlK Classic, but Classic Hardcore just came out a few weeks ago.  I switched to Hardcore (one death and your character is done) and am leveling a 36 priest.  It was fun starting Hardcore at the exact second that everyone else started it, I've never been there for a day 1 WoW server coming-alive.  There were soooo many level 1s, it was mayhem in the starting areas!  couldn't even find a mobto kill sometimes bc so many players swarming the area.
My first two priests died at levels 22 and 18.

I have a new respect for Psilynut that I didn't want or need. But it's there now. Damn...

I wanna go!

That little snow shoot isn't even the top you have to go all the way to the right for about another 4 miles .
I go hiking just to stay in shape for hiking . Especially around hunting season .  You won't see or take pictures of shit like this playing video games .

When people tell me that they locked down when told to, and got the jab... It tells me they are the kind of person who would go along with Nazism in Germany, without putting up a fight.

Thoughts?

Btw... I'm all for mask mandates.. I committed a LOT of crimes with no repercussions during covid. That's the only time I wore a mask. I'd do it again.

Wait... Does that make me a Nazi?

No. No it doesn't.

Sounds like you might be making up a whole lot of bs by drawing that comparison, considering most of the circumstances of the two scenarios you're comparing are completely different, not to mention the nature of a then unknown pandemic unfolding across the world and nazism taking root and playing out in one nation aren't even close to the same.  Nature of the scenarios being about as far apart as it gets, despite there being some similarities in the events, the same could be drawn between almost any two things if you haphazardly let your imagination run wild with it while subjecting yourself to an echo chamber of far-right radical nonsense without something to help ground the delusion with...

But...

I let my imagination run wild all the time... and come to some crazy conclusions. Like.. I knew balls was a member of the horde.

As far as far right echo chambers... I've never been in one of those lol!

Aaaand my post is more about human nature. There is a certain proportion of people (Most people) who do what they are told by authority figures... without questioning it. That's how authoritarians take charge.

The lockdowns were something unnecessary, unprecedented, and purely a flex on the part of authoritarian government.

Don't feel bad if your prone to being a good boy. Most boys are these days.

The vaccine was highly effective for me.  When I got covid, as an overweight 52 year old man, I felt low energy for about 6 hours and coughed a few times...then I was fine.

Congrats.

As a heavy smoker of heroin, cocaine, cigarettes, etc... I faired about the same without it.

You're only 52? LIAR!

Yeah, I added the "favorite" to be charitable.
