Does anyone have a clue
    #2844805 - 06/30/04 09:17 PM (12 years, 5 months ago)

Can anyone help me identify these.  Found today after rain, manicured lawn, stem turned a light purple, then red, now brown.  Gills white, no veil.  I'm taking a print right now.  Here is a pic

Looks like some kind of Lepotia. Could be Cholorphyllum molybdites. Do not eat.

if the print is green its Cholorphyllum molybdites, but from what you have told me of the stem bruising color, and what everyones been finding recently, it appears to me thats what you have. i second gumby.
