Wow that snake is cool and the turtle doesn't seem phased... Beautiful.

Raccoons have extra sensory perception through their hands when their skin is wet. Constantly wetting their hands and feet primes their cells and they gather exponential information through their membranes.

Thanks!

Love the pear story. Their smart aren't they?

Haha the turtle. My brother had two pet ones he kept in a giant water tank for storing rain water. Mum picked one up and he shat himself, ran up her chest and neck and bit her on the lip lol

Oh man, to have seen that happen  :ahahaha:

I've had a few good bites. One bit right through my toenail last October right at the cuticle.

Struck out on chanterelles but not critters!

The weird worm is actually a glow worm, unlike fireflies who glow from the rear abdomen, glow worms will glow from the joints! (Phengodes laticollis for those interested)

God I love toads.

Last week at work I watched a little western toad go ham on insects for an hour.  Definitely the best use of company time.
