Will this work for rerooting?
    #2843010 - 06/30/04 11:16 AM (12 years, 8 months ago)

My pet Bumblebee had a nice mj plant outside, but one day the big bad mister Wind came up and broke the just-budding plant at the base... He decided to attempt to reroot it, even is it far from optimal conditions... here's the setup..(sorry for the shitty pics)

MrBumblebee took the leaves of the bottom of the stem, and put it in a milk bottle with a bumbler in it, as you can see

It's a pity the pics are bad, cos the buds are so nice looking even if they are small!
Do you think she will make it?? thanx for advice...

Oh, and this is how she was looking before MrWindFucker came by..

How far is it into flowering? You'll want to re-veg it to reroot and then let it recover for some time then put it back itno a flowering cycle, otherwise if you try to reroot while it's budding you'll end up with some half decent pieces of shit.

About 2 week into flowering, it's actually surprsing because she's outside (well, not now) and started to flower while there's about 15-16 hours of daylight now.. ?? I think MrBumbleBee is just gonna start a few new plants... and shout a loud "FUCK YOU" at the wind when he comes back...

If you ownt some lights try to revert it back to veg to get established and keep it vegging for a while again before you stick it back out to flower. Hopefully it won't herm or die.

use some hormone, either superthrive or rootone, due the C-sative/indica beeing a hardwood plant ,rooting is harder to happen,...
a easy way is to get a fish tank pump and air stone and place in lukewarm water "air pump on",also change the water daily.....make sure theres 3-4 sets of full leaves on the cutting....
its easier then it seems........have patance and there will always be trial and errors!...
also like "neuro" said put back in veg state for 2-3 weeks after rooting, and also under FLORESENT LIGHTS!,HID's to much for cuttings,..
remember cannbis is a weed,.....90% is genetics, the other 10% is growth medium and lighting and care,so always use good seeds not sativa's for indoorz,...........

PS-----when your cuttings are rooted and in veg state, pinch the top off "the set of leaves just forming on top" so it will double your yeild, pinching causes growth hormones to make the plant bush out......its worth it especily when lighting is wasted to fill space in...
good luck, and grow till the earth is a jungle! :mushroom2:
