Hello everyone, I wanted to comment on a problem that has arisen, I have been manufacturing grow kits for years, I sterilize the boxes and inoculate with liquid mycelium, everything went well, but I don't know when the mycelium does not advance in many of these, in others it does, in others only in two points or in one, it is something that does not cross my mind, after several tests such as changing the cereal, changing the recipes (already tried), different hydrations, the inoculation has been with many varieties and strains old and new still does not work, more mycelium has also been added and neither, inoculating twice works somewhat, but too much work. I sterilize at 121 degrees in a large but rudimentary autoclave, try to release the pressure so it doesn't go higher than 0.16 psi. When some kits completely colonize these are of high quality, can someone help me?
Could you help me rule out the problem?

I am not sure if I understand you problem/question 100% but if it isn't colonizing the entire box it is probably due to improper sterilization. Possibly fighting bacteria? I find that mold is usually killed off at lower temps but bacteria can survive pretty high temps. Also this does not at all seem like an advanced topic to me. You may have better luck asking in the cult Forum.

I think it is an advanced topic because I am not a novice, I have a company that manufactures thousands of these kits, of course it is not due to bacterial contamination, this is seen quickly, the mycelium that advances does well and without a problem, it looks a good progress, that is why I am asking here, because I am running out of options

Are you shaking your syringes? Could it be those particular ones are just getting sterile broth? How thick do you let the lc get?
