Swab, print or syringe

I searched, but could not find any threads that addressed my specific question.
My plan is to grow cultures on agar to insure a clean sample, make LC, and then use that to inoculate WBS grain jars for two 32-quart monos.
My question is with regard to starting my cultures.
Short and sweet:
Swabs, syringe or prints for agar work? Best variety of PE? Favorite species? ---- tl/dr:
One of this site's vendors offers syringes, prints and swabs (I think it's against the rules to mention by name). The site appears legit, and the proprietor seems cool. It seems like a good site to try.
I am eager to try my hand at agar, and was curious whether I should purchase swabs, prints or syringes? which have a greater yield or are easier to work with?
I am assuming that a print will go further, assuming it is stored properly, but I don't know enough about this aspect, as this will be my first foray into agar.
The reason I am going to buy spores is that the only other alternative I have right now would be waiting and using some fruit from my current GT grow, and I really want to grow a more potent variety (preferably a higher average yield than GT as well).
I really want to grow some sort of PE, but want to diversify on future grows with maybe Cambodian, Mexican, etc.
Toward that end, I am also trying to decide between PE and albino PE. It is my understanding that the main difference when raising PE is that they like (need) a peat/verm casing. Please correct me if wrong.
By the way, this vendor has PE, APE, APE-Revert and Aquarian Fungi APE-Revert. I have no clue what the differences are ; ) ---- I would love to know what varieties people love.
Any insights, opinions or feedback welcome and appreciated.
Thanks.

Prints are best imo. Anything will work.if you're just doing a few tubs skip LC unless you want to add a step and time and chance of contamination for no reason.
Varieties don't matter much

So your thoughts are to use a print, grow on agar to get clean growth, and inoculate the grain jars with clean cultures cur from the plates?

That is the easiest and most likely to have a good result.
