What on the left? I took cutting and tossed it in a solo cup with water to see what happens.
Yea everything was cleaned, when I ripped apart the plants the root system looked pretty good actually, definitely think it was moreso a mix of the soil and giving nutes too early

What would you grow based on strain type, besides an auto?

If youโre new, anything except pure Sativa. My experience has been the higher percentage of Sativa, the higher the difficulty in all aspects. Picky with nutrients, grow extremely fast so constantly have to train them, and they take a long time to finish so more time for nutrient issues to ruin things.

What would I grow?
Anything that's strong enough and indica leaning, extra points if it has some clove, black pepper, grape or earth flavours. White grape is probably my favorite. But my go-to strain for that white grape is no longer available and the person who was involved in breeding it has passed away some years back.
Working on those exact genes these days, to create a fresh line based on that one.

For now Iโm going from this

To this

Just to keep them going. If my plans work out Iโll be getting a real light and filter setup in the next week or two.

Just got kicked outta overgrow
Some annoying fucks were being bitchy in a discussion they had nothing to do with, called em out on it, you guys know my style, and what do you know, Lemonade Joe kicks me off the site
No biggie honestly. There's some good folks over there but the general attitude is one where it's ok to form a jerkcircle and point and laugh but not OK when someone points it out. Like I said, little bitches.

Yes, it seems Shroomery is the only place where PPL are actually OK with being called out on their shit.
Oh well. Sun is still shining, plants still growing, what were we talking about again?

My dad's plants were so tall. Like 8 or 9ft already. I had to top all of them. Keep them down below the fence line cause he's in town. He also has too many plants to close together. I'll take pics next time I'm there. I also had to clean up the bottoms. So many branches I had to cut. It looked like I cut down a whole 8ft plant. Lot of maintenance I did. Pics coming soon

First day of week 8. Somangos looking like itโll need about 15 weeks to finish at this point.

That's awesome
Ps. Mine still doesn't really have a smell at all its crazy. My big plant last year did that too. Didn't get good smells well until flowering.

Harvested my 18in plant with milky/amber trichomes. Nice lime green color and citrus/skunky type smell (Amnesia Haze autos). I've had the cuttings hanging for 4 days now. Temp in the place is set at 71 and the humidity might be around 50 give or take as we live ion a humid state and it's around 70-80% humidity outside mostly for now. I'm wondering if I should trim the buds off the big stems and move it to a paper bag for another week before jarring? Any suggestions? Haven't done this in a while. Smell is really nice but a grass-like until I pinch a bud then it's amazing. The other plant is about 32in tall and maybe 2-3 weeks until it's ready to harvest.

I think I remember something called "protocol zero" or something, but I can't seem to find it on the web anymore while it should be easy enough to find, I'd reckon.
Am I remembering the title of the techique wrong?
It's where you take cuttings, wash them in several cups of a bleach solution first and sterile water next, and then you make the proper cut and then let them root.
Ayone got an idea on what it was called if not protocol zero?
