If Alabama is sacred just no.  Going back to the PCT.  Fit it in a job now which really fucking sucks.  but 20 and hour is worth it.

I am OK with endlessly going fuck the Tide and fuck Alabama.  Plus would feel more safe up more than 3,250 elevation.  Wow, when just going 10,000 elevation is par for the course.  Not that Oregon outbacks are better than Bama ones, I got lost and wow, but early in the year or late in it maybe but August just no.

Plus have a shitload of credit card debt to pay off.  I got greedy in Vegas and in some other spending  just, need to pay that shit off.  I hate debt, it sucks.

On with life.  Will shut the fuck up for awhile as time for chain gang type work in the Summer.  Put it on myself, have pity parties for me.

Don't want to waste the whole Summer and early Fall so made a change of plans.  Nothing like the feeling of being out of debt and what a shit whole in a place that isn't worth it I would of gone.

Planning better, much better.  Epic benders, one misses out.  Have all the gear I need.  Just going to have to scale it back.  Moab and Goblin Valley is good enough this year.  So glad I ordered all that in Winter.  Have learned over time.

All the gear I need and so much closer to my home base/home.  Really the electronics get boring.  and I have a gaming laptop, ps5, samsung 4k, kindle, smartphone.  Blah.  One needs to disconnect from it all for a time and a mental cleanse as I am still in perfect shape with my annual checkout with doc. and bloodtest and, perfect.

So on with it.  Time to train and work a shit job for great pay and at least do something with the warmer months instead of going to Florida in Winter.  Not even sure what I would do there.  Feel sorry for me.

I wholeheartedly agree. In your experience, do you think a 90L pack would be big enough for a 14 day hike?  Assuming there are sources of water and the equipment is semi-minimal.  Do you think 90L would store 14 days worth of dehydrated/freeze dried food? Enough for lets say 3000cal per day.
