My brf cake seemed to be completely stalled for a good 2 weeks after birth, I did a 24 hr dunk and Verm roll and placed into a perlite fruiting chamber and nodda. so I was making a lc solution and syringes of 4% caro lc solution and I was about to just mist the brf cake and I remembered someone had injected water into there shoebox substrate after it was really dry, so I thought what the heck I’ll try it with the 4% syringe I had. Well it seems to have worked, I have a half dozen really nice fruits and several getting there as well. Do y’all think the sugar solution was a big factor or just the moisture of flooding the inside of the cake?

Water was definitely the major factor.
Gotta keep those cakes hydrated.
Hard to say if the water injection was helpful tho, rolling the cakes in vermiculite and keeping the verm moist is always going to be beneficial.
Unrolled cakes will perform poorly in comparison every single time.

This is the resulting flush from the injection of 20ml of 4% sugar water into the dry cake I was attempting to reinvigorate lol 😂 40g of fresh!👍🏻🍄 not to bad I think…
Edit: this is from 1 pint cake, I did another injection of 10ml of 4% and an overnight dunk after first flush. Now it’s back in a fruiting chamber but with less space for evaporation. I put a zip lock over the cake this time. Any way that’s where it stands !

Absolutely very good! 👍
The cakes in my sig are all over 150g fresh, the single cake to the right of the bud was 178, if memory serves.
I've never had over 200g fresh from a cake in a single flush, but I've gotten close, its one of those old school goals I had that I may revisit at some point.
