This is my first grow. Just checking to make sure it looks good.

As far as I can tell everything is great. Does anyone with experience sees anything I'm missing?

Nice and creamy bacterial mycelium yummm. Nothing to do but let it run and colonize.

Maybe a stupid question, but are you saying it has bacterial contamination, or is that a form of mycelium?

What is there that tells you that? Bacterial contamination would be from the grain in the bag correct? I tried to be as sterile as possible.
When I look at it, I don't see any weird color. I know the pictures look a little Yello, but that's just the light. It's pretty damn white. Some sports in the center of a few blooms aren't solid white, but can just see the substrate through. Is that what I'm looking for?
Should I just start fae and begin fruiting or do I have to wait for that spot to finish? Based on the speed so far I estimate Friday? Also it is growing from inside out on bare spot.
Thanks for any help.

Nah let it finish colonizing before opening it. The thick, cret white, and also I believe ropey myc are your signs of contamination.

Been there, done that.
My two cents: Let it keep going until it is FULLY colonized, or ideally, until you see some signs of fruit growing. Then, cut the top of the bag off -- but clamp it mostly closed. And then keep waiting, and hoping. Opening it too soon increases the risk of additional contaminants.
You will probably get some fruits out of it, in my limited experience.

If you injected spores into the bag, it doesn't matter how sterile your work was. Whatever was in the air around the mushrooms those spores came from, usually ends up in spore syringes. This is why the experienced growers on this site will tell you to not shoot spores into bags. The same logic applies to untested LC syringes, as you do not know how they were made or how clean the work was.
Like Screwup said, the creamy spots of mycelium are a telltale of irritation from bacteria, and the ropey spots are trying to climb around it.
