Contam on plates? Update on Cakes

Hey yall, I just got back from vacation, some of the cakes are growing phenomenally, pe6, Lipa yai, and some enigma, the others however still show little to nothing, and even look wet and dark on the bottom. Thinking of trashing them and moving on to grain using my agar. The plates I made look somewhat healthy but the myc. Looks pretty whispy, possible mold? Anyways here's some update pictures, let me know what you all think!

The pe6 seem to have colonized fully, I'll be birthing them this Friday, dunking and placing them in their water tub Saturday. Hopefully the LY and Enigma start growing stronger too, the growth of the LCs in the cakes match the plates. Almost no plate shows any growth than the 3, some have white liquid muck, the jf have some small growth points, I can take pictures later, but it seems as the LCs I inoculated in cakes match up to the plates. Probably just some bad syringes. Should I keep the cakes and see if they grow? Or start grain? Or do some transfers and then start grain? Thanks yall!

Are some of these germination plates? If those are transfer plates then did you do only one single transfer per plate? Just asking cause if that is the result from transferring a single transfer to each plate then you will have to practice more before dropping things to grain or you will have a hard time getting clean spawn jars.
Definitely needs some work. Going forward from this you should be taking a single transfer to each new plate. Photos are not that conclusive due to condensation, lighting, being overgrown etc. The best looking mycelium is the rhizomorphic growth on plate #2, #5, #8.

Those are all germination plates, I used a drop of LC on the agar plate and spread with L shaped cell Spreader. I haven't done a transfer yet as I wasn't sure these were clean LCs I got, they appear very whispy on top, here are some more pictures, I put them in a sab and took the tops off, it may jeopardize the plates, but I'm willing to do that to get more answers and see if I should start transfers or get better LCs.

Thank you! And like I said, all the growth on the plates match the jars. The ones that aren't growing in jars aren't growing on plates vice-versa. These are the only plates that show real strong growth, 1 jf shows slight growth, same with a jar, but it stunted and hasn't gotten bigger since I left.

I just look at the plates and didn't read the last paragraph of yours so I missed that you used LC.
I'd transfer some of the rhizo growth to new plates.
If you have used LC for the cakes and plates and some haven't shown any growth on both then the syringe is probably dead or contaminated. The jar on the far right in this photo has some weird dark discoloration.

best way to find out is take transfers from the suspect plates and see what happens, in my opinion as you practice you will get used to how it should look. Experiment bro
