Can you inncoculate nutrient broth with LC ~ noob

I ordered Liquid Culture syringes and they arrived yesterday. Had some hang ups making my jars and have to wait to use them now... but I was curious... if I make a liquid culture (just the nutrient broth), instead of using spores could I inoculate it with the already mycelium rich liquid culture syringes I bought to make more liquid culture???
Sorry if this is already posted somewhere... everywhere I type the question it just says about making liquid culture... it doesn't answer the question.

Sure but LCs can be tricky and not very noob friendly. Best to get a few PF Tec grows under your belt first and then try your hand with LCs.
Edit: And it's always a good idea to test an LC on agar before you put it to grain or expand it. PF tec is different and much more contam resistant with spores or an untested LC.

I was reading that it only takes a few CCs of liquid culture (they're 10ml syringes) to inoculate a quart mason jar... My jars are stalled till I can figure out my silicone issue (I have the gasket Sealer but it has a warning about suspecting to damage Fertility so I'm afraid to use it)
I ordered 4 syringes because they were having a deal where you get one free amd I figured if I do a bunch then if one doesn't work the others might...
Should I use a whole 10ML LC syringe per quart Jar or use one per 2 jars...?
And right now I have no idea what to do because I have to wait for my silicone to cure... I thought it would be done today so I started soaking my grains yesterday... it's at the time that I really need to let them simmer so I can jar and sterilize them... but the jar lids aren't ready so I have no clue what to do... and I don't wanna waste the grains because rye is crazy expensive where I'm at.

I get that but watched multiple videos where people experimented with all the grains, starting them all at the same time to see which was the fastest and which ones gave highest yields, overall performance basically... and while rye took a little longer to colonize than some grains it had the best yields so I wanted to work with that (especially being new and a lot of what you read is about rye) and I already spent the monies on it so I don't want it to go to waste.

Iβll go ahead and add thatβs BS. Any grain has more than enough nutrition and excess to create large yields assuming youβve got a clean culture and good genetics.

Maybe the guy making the video is secretly in the Rye business π€£π€£π€£
Someone on YouTube was saying they can get a 20lb bag for $20 and I was like damn... on Amazon they're like $18 foe just 5lbs... so people getting 20lbs could easily split that up into 4 and make a $60 profit.

Also you'll have to tell me if I messed everything up... but since the silicone I needed wasn't the right one and I thought my jars would be ready by tonight I went ahead and soaked my grains...
But without the lids I figured I couldn't boil and sterilize... so I let moat of the water drain and sealed them in ziplock bags and put them in the fridge...
Do you think they'll still be fine by tomorrow when my lids are cured??

If you are going to move forward with using the syringe in an LC broth, you don't need to use the whole thing. Assuming the mycelium is well dispersed in the syringe, it will only need a very little amount. Personally, I'd just do a drop.

I really appreciate an actual reply to my question LOL π. Thank you. That's what I was thinking because the worst case scenario is that it does nothing and I've learned a lesson. The best case scenario... I eventually have a whole extra syringe which I could use to make even more... and so on... I would start a little culture library lol
