Colonization or Stroma Overlay?

Hi all. Long time listener, first time caller.
I spawned about 3QT of brown rice into ~3" of CVG substrate about 3 days ago. I like my AC on the chilly side, so I cranked my heater up initially.
Spent a few hours messing with some electronic sensors for a side project (automated tub) and when I finally put them in, the temp was > 100º F and relatively low RH (<75%, I forget exactly). Could have been a sensor issue, idk. I don't have high confidence that the temp was actually above 100º considering my ambient temp was below 70ºF and the heater only goes to 94º. Anyway, I blasted it with the ultrasonic mister to get temps down and RH up. It was in the 80's with >90% RH the next day.
My Temp/RH sensor keeps getting over-saturated, so I don't have good numbers on overall conditions. The sticker temp sensor has indicated 77-80º consistently, though.
I've read that stroma overlay can be caused by these kinds of conditions, and the substrate does look a bit on the wet side, so just now, I've replaced the micropore tape with some polyfill and let it air out a bit.
Anyway, does this look like overlay or normal colonization? Am I correct in lowering temp and RH into fruiting conditions, or should I warm it back up for another day or two until it's more fully colonized?
Any tips on telling them apart?
Thanks!

Great, thanks!
I thought I saw some individuation/early mushroom-looking things, then started sketching myself out due to the icy-looking patches.
Would you keep this in the 80ºs and >90/95%RH, or drop down to fruiting conditions at this point?

Room temp is fine. Don’t worry about rh. As long as the surface, once colonized, has a decent amount of moisture in the form of droplets, you’re good.
