First time cultivator. These are equador spores that were inoculated into a spawn bag on 5/27. Looking to transfer to fruiting chamber but not sure if it's ready????

Is this the same bag?

If yes, then the answer is no.

If that is the bag, i'd consider mixing it. Break it up and evenly mix it around, careful not to pop the bag.

Both those bags are toast. The first has visible mold and the other I can see the bacterial ooze despite the poor focus. Shaking either of these will collapse them . I would bury it outside and start a new project .

I don't see any visible mold, but the pictures aren't quite clear enough to be certain of what's going on there. Could be mold on the top left corner of bag, or could be bruising or burst grain. Too hard to tell for sure with these pictures. And pretty sure those are all pictures of one bag, not two bags.

Well, if you can take more clear pictures of the part that isn't colonized we can have better input on if it's bacteria/mold or looks clean. If it's clean i'd recommend mixing it so that last part will colonize easier.
What's your plan for fruiting?

Top left corner. Most of the left side really. It looks too white to be mush myc. Can't be certain from this pic though. But the bag is still toast.
Edit: Bottom left too, I'm pretty sure I'm seeing mold in there.
