13 days in fruiting chamber, and no progress

So I started a standard BRFTek with the videos from https://www.mushroomvideos.com/. ; Jars worked out great with liquid culture, no contam, a few tiny little pin starting in the last few days in the jars. So far so good.
I birthed the cakes and did the dunk and roll, in a 17 gallon Ikea SAMLA with perlite. It's not a full SGFC, but I drilled 8 holes (two higher up on each side and two near the surface on opposing side based on a post here that I cant seem to find at the moment) and have been keeping the lid flipped over at a diagonal angle so there's some more open space for FAE. I noticed quite a bit of bruising as a result of the dunk and roll and there has't really been any pinning after almost 2 weeks. The existing pins that popped up in the jars prior to birth dunk are kind of growing but not much. I had been misting daily , and have a light in there with a timer.
Pictures attached any thoughts on what I could be doing wrong? It feels like it's either not enough FAE or not enough humidity.

Perlite work on evaporation, holes on each side needed for that. Foil under the cakes should be trimmed to their floor space. Better do a water tub for just a few cakes, you won´t have success SGFC-style.

There is a mushroom ready for harvest. But yeah to get the best results you need even air flow from the bottom of the perlite through the entire chamber. You need to drill a bunch of tiny holes through all walls so thar it looks like you shot it with a shot gun. This will allow more fae and evaporation of the perlite. SGFC work when built correctly.

That’s a huge tub for 5 cakes. 17 gallons is 64 litres. This is 4 cakes in a 6 litre shoebox. No holes, lid unlatched, put a bag on top when the mushrooms lift the lid. Might mist once a day.

5 cakes in an 8 litre tub. Same procedure.

Theres already way too much dry air for only a few cakes. If you try to turn that into a proper SGFC, it will just make the dryness even worse. Go with a smaller water tub style FC with limited FAE and only mist when they need it.

Thanks. I'll put them in a smaller chamber and redo the soaking of the perlite and see what happens.
