Short slow growing pins, someone help please

this is my first grow and its quite sloppy as i was not expecting any results from the dodgy spore print i used (random etsy vendor, labeled “golden teachers”) I used uncle ben tek to coir with coir casing, My monotub doesn’t have holes so FAE may be the issue. Also the climate here is quite cold and fluctuates a lot (50-70f) so i anticipated slow growth.
I initiated fruiting conditions 22 days ago. since about 12 days ago i have had continuous primordial formation, their caps turning brown after a few days and very slowly increasing in size however not really increasing height (the stems are almost not visible). i’ve been leaving the lid cracked substantially. Until recently i was misting once or twice a day and fanning 2-3 times, since then i stopped misting the surface (sides only) and am fanning 5-6 times a day. Im concerned the pins have stalled and may be rotting, there has been white stuff on the pin caps and more recently some dark spots on the larger ones.
pictures attached (sorry for poor quality) I would really appreciate any feedback.

Welcome. It sounds like you're going on some outdated information. If the lid isn't airtight, then just leave it on, or flipped at most, rather than cracked. Your substrate seems dry to me, likely from too much airflow. You shouldn't need to be misting at all until around your first harvest if the substrate is at around field capacity and there isn't too much air. Otherwise, mist only as needed and from well above the substrate, not the tub walls. The substrate is where pinning happens, not the tub walls. Never fan. It stresses the mycelium and does nothing good. Also, separate fruiting conditions haven't really been a thing for some years. You can give the mycelium some light and constant, passive, slight air from the get go. there's no benefit from depriving cube mycelium of light and air. For future grows, learn to do some quick and cheap agar, to put spores to and never use UB Tek.
TLDR: Give the substrate surface a mist if it's really dry. Then put the lid on and leave it alone for a few days. Good luck and do keep us updated on your grow.
