Yep, I pour its straight from the media bottle directly into jars or bags. As seen here, disregard the amount being poured, I needed to use it all up 
Notice how I keep the foil caps on the lids that are behind the jars receiving first air? This maintains sterility while in turbulent flow.

But what if the loop was not properly sterilized at the factory? Or what if I contam it while taking it out of the package?

Fucking finally, a TC confirms I'm not insane. You can't test LC without having an observer effect. It's not as bad as quantum entangled photons, but still you are fucking up the thing you are trying to test.

Just shove that bitch in there red hot? Sure why not. I have some spent LC, I've been thinking putting that shit to agar to see if it was contamed to begin with or if my unmodified jars were the vector. Will do.
