Yeow no...read the description:
"Crab Shell is an organic fertilizer rich in calcium and magnesium "
First off you use oyster shell for its texture more than anything, for Ph adjustment second [which its poor at due to the solid state]. Second, mycelia HATE magnesuim, it will significantly stunt their growth. Get some hydrated lime from any garden center and use that for PH adjustment. Pure CaCo3 [calcium carbonate, aka chalk] is even better as it is lower still in magnesium content. They sell it in nice big bags for "striping" athletic fields [those that are real grass]. You can get oyster shell in tiny boxes at pet shops, but there's not much in those little boxes. Visit ANY feed store and it will be $6-$10 for a 50lb bag.
