If you don't use agar you will not be able to test the "LC". Clean agar to LC is already hard enough but you took what you think is a shortcut and that is why everyone is saying it is likely bacterial

Everyones telling me that that is automatic contamination even tho I see cloudy like substance growing around the earswab.....if it is infected can I grab the spores from the tip with tweasers and put it on agar or is it too late.

These spores were very hard to come by....are these really all infected and I cannot recover them? I will not be able to replace these spores.
Swabs require some skill and experience to make, store, use and repackage. They are also taken from a notoriously unclean source, a mushroom fruiting body.
Learning to produce clean myc growth from any reasonable swab you are given is a key physical skills for the mycologist espcially one admirably practising agar.
By knowing how to do this, you can take spores and tissue samples clean enough, correctly stored enough, in that way much alike sporeprints, to germinate and use tissue again and again though usually experienced to be made more difficult with age
if you are convinced and sure that your swabs are very unclean, you could try diluting them with water and then grabbing sample volume from that to place on a agar dish, in hope of getting more good growth and less bad

There is no reason not to try transferring some to agar. I'd suck some up with a sterile syringe instead of trying to tweeze out mycelium, and just put a drop on a plate. Make a few plates. You might get something clean enough to transfer.

Would recommend water agar or Brf puck first.

Decreasing nutrition in agar is also a good idea

Excellent point, OP said "agar" so I was fixated on that.
