Did you really just throw a spore swab into an LC solution and call it a day @_@ ... Where are you getting this kind of info.
Am i getting baited by a troll?...
Its most definately contaminated

There's too many of these for it to be a coincidence. Someone out there is telling people to do this...

That's contaminated OP. You need to swab an agar dish with that and then grow out the mycelia. Take a KNOWN clean culture, which has been tested, and put it to LC. If you don't know what you're doing with agar stay away from LC..

Its most definately contaminated
Why is it definitely contaminated..the earswabs were inside of a sterile package supposedly.
And how did you get the sterile earswab out of the sterile packaging? Levitating it with your mind? ._. and even if you did mamage to get the sterile swab out without contaminating the swab itself. Spores arent axenic, theyre collected in open air, and surely have some measure of contamination.
Can you show me where you got the info to do this so I can burn their establishment to the ground?

It's because the people that understand how to make clean LC know the procedures that you took will lead to contamination. You can't just put a dirty swab in a jar and call it LC. The spore source is ALWAYS contaminated to some degree and giving those contams a food source will allow them outcompete any desirable mycelium.
Learn how to use agar and create clean cultures before you even think of fucking with LC.

I did examine them. They're contaminated. I've done so much Liquid Culture, both gourmet and active mushrooms. That my sir is done wrong and will be contaminated. You need to first clean the culture on agar, then test that culture to be sure it's actually mushrooms, then you can use that agar culture to make Liquid Culture. Doesn't matter how sterile of conditions you got the swab in, doesn't matter the "sterile" conditions the creator had, those spores were collected from a mushroom grown in OPEN AIR. When a mushroom is grown in the OPEN AIR like EVERY SINGLE MUSHROOM, the spores that come from it will have bacteria or other mold spores on them. The reason they have these contaminates already, even from a swab, is that those contaminates are EVERYWHERE and on EVERYTHING. If you didn't do any cleaning or agar work, even if this swab was dumped in there inside of a Still Air Box, it's contaminated.

Start with Spore Syringe -> Brown Rice Flour. You have some reading to do. PFtek: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24179086 Water Tub tek: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26601054
Then once you have fruits pick out a nice looking one and clone it onto agar. It's easy to clone, just cut out mycelia from the middle of the stem(aka the "Stipe") and place it on agar to grow. You can then use this agar culture to make grain jars that wont mold out because you used clean agar - or we assume you will use clean agar that's up to you.
agar: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19208976 and why agar: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/28188696#28188696
You can gather spore on a print like so: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24461957 Once you have a print you can use those spores to make more syringes: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=26011681&page=0&vc=1#26011681 Those same spores can also be placed onto agar to continue your cultivation.
You can see in the above I detail how to start a clean agar culture using BRF and a spore syringe. This is where you'll have most success so you can even begin thinking about liquid culture. Otherwise, I would take whatever swabs you have left and save them until you can actually do agar.
