15 days fruiting, nothing so far?? First time growing
    #28378931 - 06/29/23 11:59 AM (1 year, 6 months ago)

How does this look? It's 15 days into fruiting and I am not getting any pins or anything. It is PE6. This is my first time posting on here and this is also my first grow. Fruiting isn't supposed to take 15 days does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

The temperature is about 73 degrees, I mist twice a day and fan twice a day. the substrate is Northspore's.

I would stop fanning if it has a lid flip it upside down. If it has holes on the side cover them up.

I can't tell you what you did wrong because I don't know your process.

Just from the pic and the information you have provided could be Surface Condition

also mycelium not looking Heathy, but I would just wait it out.

You're in fruiting conditions from the time you spawned and it can range anywhere from 10 to 30 days for harvest depending on genetics

What is sub compromised of and did you have to prepare it in anyway?

Oh okay. I thought fruiting started once I began fanning. This is a pre-made substrate from the northspore company so I'm not exactly sure. I think it is manure. It's the boomr bag.
I also probably should've let it colonize more. I made a few mistakes with this run. I've been fanning for 15 days. It's in an inflatable monotub.
I am providing a second picture because it looked a bit yellow from the light.

I mixed 4 brown rice colonized jars with the substrate on June 3rd. It was mostly colonized by June 12th. I started fanning then.

Sounds like you're working with a lot of outdated info. If you dial your surface conditions in properly, you should be able to leave your tub alone until the first harvest. Don't mist based on a schedule; only do it to maintain glistening beads of moisture on the surface.

Well shoot. I was mainly following how "boomer shroomer" was doing it on youtube haha. I will stop fanning and mist only when needed. I appreciate the support. I hope I get something soon, if not I don't mind starting again. I will wait and see what happens.
