First liquid culture, does this look good so far?

So I know I did this kinda half assed, but I had a spore syringe that was just sitting so I mixed up some water and honey and since I don’t have a pressure cooker I boiled it for 20mins and shot about 8cc of the spore syringe directly into the jar out the top back on and iv been letting it sit it’s been about a week and this is what I have, was I successful or is it contaminated?

LC isnt made by shooting spores into a growable medium

That's contaminated.
Get yourself an SAB, everything should be done inside your SAB to prevent contamination: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/23990888#23990888
Start with Spore Syringe -> Brown Rice Flour. You have some reading to do. PFtek: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24179086 Water Tub tek: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26601054
Then once you have fruits pick out a nice looking one and clone it onto agar. It's easy to clone, just cut out mycelia from the middle of the stem(aka the "Stipe") and place it on agar to grow. You can then use this agar culture to make grain jars that wont mold out because you used clean agar - or we assume you will use clean agar that's up to you.
agar: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19208976 and why agar: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/28188696#28188696
You can gather spore on a print like so: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24461957 Once you have a print you can use those spores to make more syringes: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=26011681&page=0&vc=1#26011681 Those same spores can also be placed onto agar to continue your cultivation. Once you have clean agar you can then make liquid culture with that.

So lemme explain exactly what I did, I boiled the jar with the water and honey mixture for about 20-25mins Let it cool then put my oven to 350 let it warm up once warm I crack the door and I work in the draft of hot air since I don’t have a flow hood or anything I got my spore syringe wiped it down the iiso popped open the jar injected 8cc into it and closed it back up all while working in that draft of hot air, ima buy a pressure cooker soon and a big clear bin to make a sab but untill then you think I can maybe make some ajar and hopefully get a few clean pieces off of it to work off of to hopfully make something sterile later on Or should I just toss this jar out

Toss the jar. Follow this specific route quoted below and you will have success. honestly there's a lot I could dissect that's wrong with your procedure. You can't put spores to Liquid culture first off, it's dirty as fuck. Your "sterilization" was useless because it honestly wasn't sterilized at all. LC needs to be Pressure Cooked at 15PSI for 45min at least for it be thought of as ready for use. You need to do all your work inside an SAB, none of this standing in front of your oven malarkey. The reason the oven does not work is that one, it's in the open air, and two the oven itself is causing turbulence which forces contamination into your jar. You basically invited contams into your grow.

Listen to mushhead , appreciate the detailed rundown, but as soon as you said spore syringe to LC we know its contaminated

So now my question is could I at least use it and put it to agar and hopfully clean it up enough to hopfully get a piece that’s usable to put to grain and mutipul transfers hopfully

maybe you can always try
if you still have the mss then you can do that to agar too or just do that

Randal is right, you could try but I doubt anything good can come of it. I would start from spore on agar or spore to BRF.

You could also put it to brf puck then water agar, might be able to out pace the bacteria that way

most likely @Pandaskis his LC solution has much more than just bacteria.

I was just going to say, brown bits in LC is a bit on the extreme side for just bact
I can't even think what could cause brown debris in there tbh

You could but you'd be better off just doing that with spores. The LC is likely to have more contamination than your original spore syringe because it's such a good environment for bacteria.

Those bits are chunks of spores from the syringe and the days so by they are slowly going away as more mycelium forms I shook the syringe as much as I could but couldn’t break em up all the way

If you shot enough into the LC solution that you can see that many spores, then yeah this LC is fucked. If im honest, it doesnt look like spores to me
