A lot of people put their tubs straight to fruiting conditions after S2B. Others wait until the surface is fully colonized and pins have started to form before doing so. I don’t see any pins yet so depending on how you want to go about it you might wait.

There is no benefit to waiting to introduce so called fruiting conditions. Mycelium benefits from constant, slight, passive air and a little light from the get go pretty much.
