15 PSI are too dangerous and are heavily regulated.

Just go next door to the Netherlands and get one

You ever play the lottery, poker, bet races or any sort of gambling. That's all you're doing if you buy a PC. If confiscation is the worst that's gonna happen then man up. Tough love Yahra, it's time for you to make the gamble.

That's messed up. Free trade is good. Keeps the peace. Bastiat (probably) said "When goods don't cross borders, soldiers will."
Also doesn't mean problems will always happen. Customs of different countries will stop all kinds of things randomly, depends what each government is doing that month (and doing to each other), and which customs person is working and what mood they're in.
I have a friend in South East Asia who makes and sells paintings, sometimes people in USA or Europe have to pay extra to get a painting, like something she sells for 75 or 100 dollars plus postage, they have to pay that or more to customs to get it.
Sometimes no problem with same country. Sometimes customs keeps it forever. Sometimes they don't charge money, but hold on to it for 6 months or more.
Sometimes she has the same problems buying art supplies from America and the EU.
A few years ago I ordered some electronics for 120 dollars from France (I live in US). It got delivered to my house, with a bill from US customs for 70 dollars. Weird. I googled what would happen if I didn't pay it and some said it would be like a bounced check to my credit rating.
Someone could make a good living selling Presto PCs in Europe for 30 percent over US price under the table.

I've imported a 23qt also. Zero issues. Things may be different now if regulations have changed, but I'd bet you can still do it just fine.

TC of shroomery convinced me i can do grains on 10 psi given grains are not infected or was infected with insects.
from 2021 vent 10 minutes
10 psi @ 3 hours 5 liters of water

now i got 13 psi and thats the max i will get in my country and all my grows are on 13psi
vent 10 minutes
13 psi @ 2 hours 3.5 liters of water

imo: some company's cut corner on grains and they clean up infected grains ship them out for pets.
all infections i got molds, bacteria i track them back to grains when i was using 10psi.
i wish there were more people for 13psi gang.

Can't you just pay duty fees and get one legal?
We'd sneak one in by mini-sub, but the market just got tight for some reason...

Yeah EU here, Amazon offered a no-extra import cost offer on ours. Shipping cost around 40 I think but tbh I thought it was worth it to not be fucking around any longer.. I was looking for ages.
